ABOUT US
Our circumstances changed in 2024 and we not only moved offices but sold our vehicles and services to another company and aimed to retire from the industry. Unfortunately the company that took over did not want to continue the day tours and holidays going forward into 2025.
However, due to the unprecedented response from the passengers during 2024, we decided to carry the tours and short breaks on through 2025 on our own and due to the support that we received from the Shropshire community, we are continuing through 2026.
Due to this we have been unable to continue with our yearly charity trip, (as this was completely funded through our company finances), but we still continue to support a worthy cause through collection pots on our tours. This years charity is The Alice Ruggles Trust. Please see the information below.
We hope that you will continue in your endeavors to get support for us so that we can continue to offer the trips going forward.
kind regards
Alixe, Graham & Gilburt

Why are we supporting this Charity?
Stalking is an increasing problem in society today, one of our friends daughters was murdered by a stalker, and we want to support the activities of the charity they’ve set up in her memory, to raise awareness of the dangers of stalking and to prevent this happening to anyone else.
The Charity is called The Alice Ruggles Trust, it is a UK Registered Charity (CIO), registration number 1186309
Alice Ruggles Trust Mission Statement
We focus on the long term
Our mission is to foster generations of young people who understand stalking, the potential risks of stalking, and what they can do about it.
We achieve this by educating today’s young people about stalking; upskilling professionals working with young people; developing intervention programmes to prevent young people becoming stalkers.
Alice's story
Alice was kind, clever and beautiful. She had an infectious personality and an incredible sense of humour: she saw the fun side of everything. She loved life, loved her friends and loved her job. She had so much to live for. Tragically, Alice was murdered in Gateshead on 12 October 2016, aged just 24.
On 26 April 2017 Trimaan Dhillon was convicted of Alice’s murder and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum tariff of 22 years. His controlling behaviour during their brief relationship had developed afterwards into a relentless campaign of stalking.
